Lee Hughes, Workshop Manager, with over 21 years’ experience in jewellery manufacture, precious metalwork of a wide range of Alloys & precious/semi stone setting, with traditional methods and utilising technological advancements (Laser welders, GRS & Scopes) precious metal casting post production & Finishing techniques. Lee has also recently completed a Post Compulsory Education & Training (PCET).
Adam Evans, Rapid prototyping Manager at the Diamond Centre with a BSC from Swansea University with over 4 years’ experience in the jewellery design and manufacturing Industry. Expertise in: Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM), 3d scanning, design and rapid prototyping, accredited in photoshop, rendering specialist using KeyShot and DeepImage. Precious metal casting, post production & Finishing techniques.Adam is also working towards a MSc in Industry 4.0 advanced manufacture where he is looking at innovations for the jewellery industry through research into the support structures of prototypes.

Rhys Wilson, Software Developer MSc Industry 4.0 advanced manufacturing, BSc (Hons) Computer Applications Development with over 4 years developing bespoke software (Ceric-AR), custom databases & custom websites for Diamond Centre Wales. Rhys is currently working towards developing an interactive suite to streamline the creation and design process of bespoke manufactured pieces.
